Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases of customization packs on the Tailor service, operated by Verida Group LLC. Building, editing, and downloading résumés are free, so this policy concerns paid customization packs only.

Our 14-day guarantee

You may request a full refund of a customization pack within 14 days of purchase, provided you have used fewer than 10 of the customizations included in that pack. This lets you try the paid features with confidence.

When a refund is not available

  • More than 14 days have passed since the purchase, or
  • You have already used 10 or more customizations from that pack.

In these cases the purchase is considered substantially used and is non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

How to request a refund

Email us at [INSERT_SUPPORT_EMAIL] from the address on your account, including your purchase reference (from your Paddle receipt). We aim to respond within 5 business days.

How refunds are processed

Payments and refunds are handled by Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for your purchase. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method by Paddle, typically within 5–10 business days. When a pack is refunded, the corresponding customizations are removed from your balance.

Statutory rights

This policy is in addition to any refund or withdrawal rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law, which are not affected by these terms.
