These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Tailor résumé-building service (the “Service”), operated by Verida Group LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

The Service is provided by Verida Group LLC (Identification Number: 406517318), a limited liability company registered under the laws of Georgia, with its registered address at Tbilisi, Georgia, B. Khmelnitski II Dead end, 29. You can contact us at [INSERT_SUPPORT_EMAIL].

2. The Service

The Service lets you store a professional profile, generate résumés tailored to specific job descriptions using artificial intelligence, edit them in your browser, and export them as PDF files. Building, editing, and downloading résumés are free and unlimited.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country, to use the Service.

4. Customizations and payments

A “customization” is one AI-generated tailoring of your résumé to a job. Each account receives 3 free customizations. Additional customizations are sold in one-time packs of 50 for $4.99 (or the local equivalent). Packs are added to your balance and do not expire while your account is active. This is a one-time purchase, not a subscription.

Payments are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record for your purchase. By buying a pack you also agree to Paddle’s buyer terms. Applicable taxes are handled by Paddle and shown at checkout.

5. Refunds

Purchases are covered by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In short: you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you have used fewer than 10 of the customizations in that pack.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by submitting unlawful content, infringing others’ rights, attempting to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service, or using it to generate false or misleading information about a person.

7. Your content

You retain ownership of the information and résumés you create. You grant us a limited licence to process your content solely to provide the Service (including sending it to our AI provider to generate your résumé). We do not sell your personal data.

8. AI-generated content

Résumés are generated with the help of AI and may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and editing the output before using it. We do not guarantee any particular outcome, such as interviews or employment.

9. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time. We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date.

10. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be subject to the competent courts of Tbilisi, Georgia, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
